Which payment methods are available to use?
Our accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
What is included in each package?
Each package comes with the slime(s) and their add-ons if included with the slime(s) purchased, activator spray bottle (2fl. oz), a slime care card, and a business card. Depending on how many you order, you may receive a squishy as well.
What ingredients are in the slime?
Polyvinyl Acetate (also known as glue), borax, fragrance oils, glycerin, food coloring(may contain red 40 dye).
May include: glitter, non-toxic charms, non-toxic polymer add-ons.
For people with sensitive skin, slime is not recommended for people who have eczema or any other skin allergies/sensitivities, especially to fragrances.
Are slimes edible?
Slime is not edible nor meant for consumption. You should also never consume any add-ons that may come with your slime. Not only is it a choking hazard but it will also cause to you to become ill.
How long do slimes typically last?
If the slime is properly cared for, it will last up to a few months. Even though slimes are fixable, they also don’t last forever and it is inevitable. If your slime becomes too hard, too dirty, or deflates you may need to consider buying a new one but as long as you follow the slime care card included in your package, your slime should last you a while.
*Make sure you are washing your hands before and after playing with slime to avoid any debris and/or germs from getting in your slime.
Shipping & Handling
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders have a processing time of up to two weeks. Shipping times will vary on the shipping provider. This extended processing time is to ensure the product meets our standard before being shipped out to our customers.
How can I track my order?
Tracking can be made easy with the SHOP app. Orders can be tracked through this app. You will also be notified through email when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
I provided the wrong address. Can I change the address to my order?
Customers that have provided the incorrect address have up to 24 hours to change the address. This time frame is to ensure that your address has been changed prior to its shipping date. For all address changes please contact us at help@vivaslimes.com
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not ship internationally. We are working as a team to have this as an option as soon as possible.
My package says it is delivered but it is not here?
Unfortunately we have no responsibility or control over the delivering of your package. Therefore, you must contact the shipping provider for questions you may have.
My package was returned back to the sender. What happens now?
This means the address you had on file was incorrect and is being shipped back to us. You may contact us at help@vivaslimes.com to proceed with the options for your order.
My package or items are damaged. What can I do?
If you receive a package that is damaged from the shipping process you must contact the shipping provider. Items damaged in transit is out of our control.
What can I do if I received the wrong package?
If you have received the wrong package please send us your order number as well as the details of the package your received. Contact us at help@vivaslimes.com
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges of our items. For sanitary reasons, we cannot return or exchange any of our products. If a slime is defective please look over our section for “What if my item is defective?”.
What if my item is defective?
Under the circumstance that your items are defective or missing items, please provide details of the packaging and the product along with photos of both within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to do so will result in a denied return claim. You can contact us at help@vivaslimes.com
What if my order was placed by mistake or by a minor?
Under the circumstance where your order was placed by a minor or mistake you must provide us details of the packaging and the product along with photos of both within 72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to do so will result in a denied return claim. All returns requested will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as paying the return shipping. You can contact us at help@vivaslimes.com
How long does it take to receive my refund?
All refunds will be in the form of store credit and you will receive this store credit after the return process has been completed.
Slime Questions & Care
How can I fix stiff slime?
If you have a clear slime that is stiff you should put it in a warm area and let it sit for a few days or until you think it is ready to use again. If you let it sit too long and it becomes sticky, just add some activator spray until you get the desired texture. For non-clear slimes you may add lotion until you achieve the desired texture.
How can I fix sticky slime?
Sticky slimes can be reactivated by using the activator spray that is provided in your package. Be careful not to add too much activator as it can result in your slime to become stiff and cause it to rip, add a few sprays slowly and start to knead it until you get the desired texture. Make sure if you reactivate a clear slime you let it sit in its container for at least 48 hours before playing with it again so the bubbles that form can clear out.
What is slime activator and how do I use it?
Slime activator consists a mixture of borax and water. It is already pre-made and bottled in each order. You only have to add a few spritz at a time and knead consistently until it is not sticky anymore. *keep in mind that over-activating a slime may cause it to rip and become harder to play with, add the activator in slowly.
What are some tips on caring for my slime?
Make sure you have a clean surface before playing with your slime.
Wash your hands before and after playing with your slime to prevent from any debris from getting in it.
Keep your slime and add-ons away from young children, clothing, furniture, carpet, and open flames.
